Plans have been submitted by Dallas-based Hillwood, the master developer of Alliance Florida at Cecil Commerce Center, and the city, which owns the business park, for a new warehouse. The developer could join amazon.com for a 1.5 million-square-foot warehouse code-named Project Jaguar. The user/prospect is yet unnamed.

Roger Bull reports in his Sunday Notebook for The Florida Times-Union that Old Dominion paid $2.225M for a 30k SF warehouse at 5409 Broadway Avenue off Edgewood and Beaver and north of I-10.
Greencore USA asked for incentives to expand its workforce from 190 to 450 and now says it wants to add another 283 jobs to it plant near JIA that it is spending $10M to expand.
