OakLeaf Town Center Sold for $54M

The Sember Co. sold OakLeaf Town Center last week for $53.6M to Katz Properties (NY based). Sembler, was the original developer of the project back in ’07 & ’08. The sale included 314,533 SF that was 95% occupied at the time of the sale, and excluded the anchor stores Kohls, Target and Home Depot.
