$90M Ampitheatre and Indoor Practice Facility Project Proposed for EverBank Field

Ampatheatre and Practice Facility

The Jacksonville Jaguars and City of Jacksonville are proposing a new round of changes to EverBank Field, which would include a new indoor practice facility and amphitheater. The cost is estimated at $90M, with the city and Jags agreeing to split the cost equally. If the project goes over budget, the Jags pay the difference. If the project comes in less than the $90M, the team and city split the savings equally. The final approval could come December 8th, the last city council meeting of the year. The city would own the improvements, however a Jaguars subsidiary would manage and operate the improvements.

Karen Brune Mathis with the Daily Record covered the story.
