S. Florida Investor Doubles Down on JAX With SouthBank Re-Development Land

South Florida/Spanish real estate investor Ramon Llorens has acquired about 6 acres of Southbank land that includes the Chart House and riverfront acreage adjacent to the old Wyndham Hotel, now known as the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center that is being substantially renovated.  Karen Brune Mathis of The JAX Daily Record has the story here.
