New Golf Course (!) Planned for Nassau County

White Oak, fronting the St. Marys River in Nassau County and 30 miles north of JAX, is looking to expand its 9-hole golf course with an 18-hole course adjacent to world’s leading wildlife conservation facilities.  White Oak is owned by Mark and Kimbra Walter; he is CEO of Guggenheim Capital and owns the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team.  Karen Brune Mathis of The Daily Record has the article.
