Green Cove Springs- One of the Top Cities for Industrial Growth Potential According to Boyd-Co. Study

A study done by NJ based The Boyd Company found that Green Cove Springs is one of the “most ideal cities for a manufacturer to relocate to or expand in”. The study points to factors such as cost of doing business, vacancy rates, quality of life, access to skilled workforce and proximity to rail and port facilities to rate each city. Green Cove has taken steps of its own to attract manufacturers to the city, issuing an incentive recently that would grant 50% tax breaks to companies who invest $1M in equipment, and hire a minimum of 50 workers in the community.
