- Sbraga & Co., owned by celebrity chef Kevin Spraga, is coming to the newly developed 220 Riverside development, with plans to open doors this fall. The menu will feature unique cocktails, a wood fire grill, raw bar and sharable plates; but what is really unique, is that the focus is on the fruits, grains and vegetables. The food will include “old school southern fare, but won’t be a traditional southern restaurant”.
- Hobnob, a venture that includes the owners of Candy Apple & Cocktails in downtown Jax, also announced plans to join the 220 Riverside development, and will focus on a seasonal menu with “elegant features, like weekly champagne toasts on Fridays, tableside bar carts and butler-passed signature items”.
