Gatlin Development Relocates HQ to Jacksonville
Gatlin Development, a commercial shopping center development, management and investment company, moved its headquarters from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville. Monday, July 13th marked their first day in the new office, which is located on the 19th floor of the 28-story Riverplace Tower, located on the Southbank. Gatlin Development has developed all of the shopping centers locally that have a Walmart Neighborhood Market as a tenant, and is currently developing Collins Plaza, a center that will be anchored by Walmart Supercenter. CEO, Frank Gatlin, III, purchased a riverfront home in San Marco (former Swisher Estate) in June for $4.2M. Karen Brune Mathis with the Daily Record has the story.
