Law Firm Dawson Orr Expanding Downtown and Other Office News

The local law firm of Dawson Orr is tripling the size of its modest footprint at the BofA Tower downtown, and renovating its space, joining three other regional law firms at BofA that are expanding in the building.

Also, Duke Steinemann is planning a $13M, 154k SF two building office development at Sutton Place near Butler and Hodges Boulevards.

And Citizens Property Insurance Corp. continues to build out its space, with Auld & White Contractors recently pulling nine permits to renovate multiple floors for some $8M.
