St. Johns County Denies “Urban Sprawl” Project for 2nd Time

Alexa Epitropoullos of The JAX Business Journal highlights an article from the St. Augustine Record of the St. Johns County Planning and Zoning Agency’s second denial of a planned development that would have included almost 1k residential units, 130k SF of commercial space.
