Flagler Sells Holdings at Jacksonville Int’l Tradeport

Flagler Development Group sold its last income-producing assets in JAX, some 8 warehouses located in the Jacksonville International Tradeport for $37.15M± or about $41 PSF.  The buyer is Evergreen Industrial Properties and TPG-sister company Catellus Development Co. both out of California.
