New Outlet Center Planned for Daytona Beach at LPGA/I-95 Interchange

Tanger Factory Outlets is planning a $100M outlet mall, and is looking for about $4.5M from the city, which just approved one-half of that requested amount; the other half would come from the county.  The center would create some 800 jobs, $700k in property taxes and $1.2M in road impact fees plus $120M in annual sales revenue.  Alexa Epitropoulos of The JAX Business Journal has the story.
