Sleiman Enterprises Pays $149/SF for Point Meadows with Dark Winn-Dixie

Sleiman Enterprises paid a reported $20.85M for a 140k SF retail center, Point Meadows, at I-295 and Baymeadows Road on the southeast side of town.  Its anchored by Stein Mart, but also a dark Winn-Dixie who is still paying rent, plus two ground leases to BofA and Wendy’s.  It is mentioned in Roger Bull’s Sunday Notebook in the Florida Times-Union.
