Wells Fargo Senior Economist Says FL Humming on All (6) Cylinders

In an April 17, 2015, release from Mark Vitner, Senior Economist with Wells Fargo Securities, Florida is adding jobs at a solid pace, with 30,600 net new jobs created in March, which equates to 24% of the total (126k) for the entire NATION for that month.  Florida’s year-to-year growth in private sector employment (up 4.2% over the past 12 months) is nearly twice as strong as the nation as a whole.  Miami, Orlando and suburban JAX have more than recovered their losses from the Great Recession and hiring has picked up considerably in all the state’s large metro areas.  No link.
