Intuition Ale Works Leases Former Noland Building on west side of Downtown

A NY investment group has purchased the former Noland Building at 929 E. Bay Street and Intuition Ale Works has leased most of the building for a new craft brewery that will nearly quadruple the capacity of the brewer’s annual production to 25,000 barrels.  The building sold for $2.2M.  The renovation and conversion call for the brewery to open by Fall 2015.  Max Marbut of The Daily Record has the announcement.
