Big Renovation Plans For Hyatt Downtown

The Hyatt Regency Downtown will start on a floor-to-ceiling renovation of all 960 guest rooms as well as the Regency Club Lounge and the rooftop fitness center.  The renovation will be finished in October.  Fotress, the mega private equity fund in New York, purchased the Hyatt last year.  Max Marbut of The Daily Record has the story.
