More Mixed-Use Around SJTC; Retail, Apartments, Office, Hotel Planned
Karen Brune Mathis of The JAX Daily Record reports the Skinner family is under contract to sell 45 acres for a mixed-use development that would include a variety of mixed uses. The site is directly across Town Center Parkway and along Gate Parkway, two of the primary entrances to St. Johns Town Center. A local brokerage office’s website suggests the site could be under contract to Preferred Growth Properties, a subsidiary of Birmingham-based retail tenant Books-A-Million.
