Citizens Finalizes Deal at EverBank Center for 1,000 New Jobs Downtown

In a landmark lease, the long awaited Citizens Property Insurance lease was approved by its board that will take down about 235k SF of office space and re-locate some 1,038 employees to the EverBank Center office building downtown.  About 90% of those employees will be coming out of existing space on the Southside and 150 employees re-locating from Tampa and Tallahassee.  Move-in will be in Q3.  David Bauerlein has the story from the Florida Times-Union.
