Local Chiropractor Buys Two MOBs

Two entities related to local chiropractor Dennis Doyle have purchased two small medical office buildings, a 16,165 SF building at 9090 Regency Square Blvd. North for about $2.7M ($167/SF) and a 12,437 SF MOB at 11261 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin for about $2.6M ($209/SF).  The transactions are mentioned in Roger Bull’s Sunday Business Notebook in The Florida Times-Union.
