Interstate South Commerce Center Sells for $82/SF
Karen Brune Mathis of The JAX Daily Record reports that Birmingham-based Graham & Co. paid $21M for the Interstate South Commerce Center office/flex/warehouse project at 9440-9454 Philips Hwy. on the Southside. The seller was UNUM and United of Omaha Life Insurance that paid $29.7M for the same property in 2007. Graham just sold (December) the 550 Water Street building downtown to CSX for $30M.
