Residential Development Bringing Local Economy Back to Normal

Carole Hawkins of The JAX Daily Record provides an update on local residential development, noting some 5,400 building permits and a median home price that has risen to $161,500 as short sales, foreclosures and cheap lots are now the exception rather than the norm.
