JAX Commercial Real Estate Summary for 2014

Karen Brune Mathis of The JAX Daily Record reports on a quick summary of the region’s commercial real estate activities, particularly the sales of a number of downtown office buildings, the sale of Regency Square mall and Belk’s planned departure from Regency Square, and the completion of St Johns Town Center’s third phase (but not mentioning its landmark sale).  Also mentioned was the re-location of ADECCO’s headquarters to JAX and GE Oil & Gas’ announcement of a 500-job manufacturing plant at Cecil Commerce Center.
