Another Big Residential Subdivision Announced for St. Johns County
Andrew Thurlow of the JAX Business Journal has the announcement of Double Eagle Development’s plans for a groundbreaking in early December of Treaty Oaks, a 165-acre site for 418 single family homes. The site is about one mile east of Interstate 95 on Route 207. The first phase will include 142 lots and construction of a community amenity center. Home prices will start in the mid-$200s with lots delivered by June.
