October Home Sales in JAX Up Again, So are (Average) Prices

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors says numbers are up and more encouraging for existing homeowners, with pending sales in October 2014 up about 22% from October 2013, closed sales up 4%, average sales prices up 7% and median sales prices up 4%, and inventory of homes for sale down 12%.  Roger Bull of The Florida Times-Union has the announcement.
