Ja-Ru To Build 352k SF Office/Warehouse HQs at Flagler Center

Ja-Ru Inc., a local importer/distributor of toys paid $3M for 31.7 acres at 12901 Flagler Center Blvd. back in 2012, and has pulled a building permit to start a $12.8M first phase 353k SF headquarters and distribution building on the site.  A second, future phase is planned to take it to 490k SF.  Ja-Ru will consolidate its three existing facilities on Phillips Hwy into their new HQs.  Imbedded into another article on another commercial development at Flagler Center, Karen Brune Mathis of the JAX Daily Record reports on the Ja-Ru investment as well.
