Downtown Investment Authority Approves Incentives for Two Downtown/Brooklyn Developments

David Chapman of The JAX Daily Record reports the Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) approved financial incentives for two projects to move forward – a steakhouse restaurant in the former Bostwick Building downtown (a grant and a separate loan) and a grant for a $23M hotel in the Brooklyn area.
