When Citizens moves into about 235k SF at the EverBank Center in mid-2015, it will create a huge vacuum of space in downtown and stir some energy of tenants, diners, and shoppers and hotel room demand.  Andrew Thurlow of The JAX Business Journal has some thoughts and insights on the move and the energy 1,000 people will create for downtown businesses.
