More Apartments Coming to Riverside/Brooklyn
The developers of 220 Riverside are planning a second phase of 213 new apartments and 18k SF of retail space; the first phase of 294 units and its own 18k SF retail portion is expected to open in December. Construction on the new phase could also begin by next month, but they are also seeking a $7M tax rebate from the city over the next 20 years. A separate 310-unit project, Brooklyn Riverside, is located just behind 220 Riverside and is under construction by Pollack Shores out of Atlanta. Roger Bull of The Florida Times-Union has the story.
