614-Home Subdivision Plan Revived For St. Johns County Tract

A community of 614 single family homes near Six Mile Ceek in St. Johns County has been revived by GreenPointe Homes, former Landmar executives that were once part of Crescent Resources prior to its bankruptcy.  A first phase of 129 lots will begin soon in the master planned community to be called Whisper Creek south of World Golf Village and west of I-95.  Carole Hawkins of The JAX Daily Record has the announcement.
