Peter Rummell Envisioning HealthyTown on JEA Site

Peter Rummell, the former head of Sea Pines Company in Hilton Head and then Disney Development and St. Joe Paper Co. real estate development arm, has envisioned his bid for the JEA Southside site to be his next transformation.  HealthyTown would be a place that will “change lives for the better” by things like unintentional exercise and lots of bike paths and walkways.  Andrew Thurlow has the story for the JAX Business Journal.
