Citizens Property Search Narrowed To Four

The Jax Daily Record’s Karen Brune Mathis reports that the Citizen Property Insurance Corp. search for 226k SF of office space has been narrowed to four buildings:  EverBank Center downtown, Crocker Partners’ Prominence Business Park, Regency Square Mall, and Thee Oaks Plaza on Arlington Expressway.  Not included was 8800 Baymeadows Way for its parking and their current location, 7215 Financial Way, was classified as a reserve location.  Further presentations are scheduled for early October followed by recommendations and negotiations and a final decision in early November.  The move means a consolidation of four different office spaces in JAX for about 800 employees and another 148 IT jobs.
