July Tourism Breaks Records

Confirming JAX’ best spring (April-June) quarter on record, Visit Jacksonville, Duval County’s tourism agency, says July’s figures broke a lot records:  highest July occupancy (68.6%) since 2005; ADR of $77.13, highest for July since 2007, and REVPAR, the highest in at least a decade, or at least since Smith Travel Research starting keeping records for JAX in 2004.  Drew Dixon of The Florida Times-Union has the story.
