Harbor Group Buys Another JAX Apartment Community

Harbor Group International, a VA-based real estate investor, that paid $84M for two Southside multi-family communities in May, just paid $36.3M ($84k/u) for the 432-unit Waterford at Mandarin on San Jose Blvd. where they plan extensive renovations.  Harbor Group also own the BBT Tower office building downtown.  Roger Bull of The Florida Times-Union has the story on their most recent apartment investment.
