Real Estate Investors Spending In JAX and Looking for More
On the heels of two mega deals, Flagler Center at $133.2M purchased by a NY investor and The Four at Deerwood bought by a Boston company at almost $50M or a California investor’s recent purchase of the Bank of America Tower and an advisory arm of a German bank that paid $375M for one-half of St Johns Town Center, investors from across the nation and beyond are seeking higher yields in secondary markets such as JAX.
