Mesa Capital Partners Buys Southside Apartment Complex at $111k/u

Canopy at Belfort Park sells for $21,319,000 to Mesa Capital Partners, who also owns Seagrass Apartments on San Pablo it bought in 2013.  Roger Bull of The Florida Times-Union has the brief announcement.
