JAX Region Home Prices Highest in Six Years

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors announced average and median prices for homes in June were both up 4% from June 2013 and are now at the highest levels since 2008, although sales were down slightly in the month, but up considerably from June 2013.  Attached homes (condos and townhomes) had a 16% higher median selling price, as opposed to detached homes at a 7% increase.  Roger Bull of The Florida Times-Union has the article and the statistics.
