Five Shopping Centers Acquired by One Buyer – CoStar Group.

From CoStar:
Phillips Edison-Arc Shopping Center REIT acquired five shopping centers across the state of Florida, including: 5400 SW College Rd. in Ocala; 2220 County Road 210 in Jacksonville; 4320 Deerwood Lake Parkway in Jacksonville; 4760 W. Hillsboro Blvd. in Coconut Creek; and 17051-17173 Miramar Parkway in Miramar, FL from Invesco Realty Advisors, Inc. for $64 million, or about $164 per square foot.

The retail centers had a total square footage of 347,478 square feet. All five buildings were built between 2002 and 2004, and are located in the Southside, St. Johns County, Pompano Beach, Southwest Broward, and Greater Ocala submarkets.
