220 Riverside/Unity Plaza Looking for early 2015 Opening
The $40M mixed use development, 220 Riverside, with 294 apartments and 18,000 sf of retail space is on pace to open in early 2015. Apartment rents will be between $1,000 and $2,000/month. Additionally, the adjacent Shoppes on Riverside with Fresh Market and Corner Bakery Cafe is to open in October, er, at least the grocer is, and a new YMCA is hoping to break ground by year-end.
