Normandy Properties Acquires Home Depot Location for $9.7 Million – CoStar Group.

From CoStar:
Coraopolis, PA-based Normandy Properties acquired the Home Depot store at 1919 Wells Rd. in Orange Park, FL for $9.65 million, or about $89 per square foot.

The single-tenant, 108,578-square-foot Class A retail building was constructed in 1992 about 11 miles south of Jacksonville in the Orange Park/ Clay County submarket.

Home Depot has approximately three years remaining on its absolute net lease.
