Private Investor Acquires Office Building for $2.4 Million – CoStar Group
A private investor acquired the office building at 7791 Belfort Parkway in Jacksonville, FL for $2.35 million, or about $143 per square foot.
The 16,436-square foot office building was built in 2002 on 4.71 acres. The property is fully leased to a single tenant, Pinnacle Insurance and Financial Services.
