JAX Beach Hotel Demand On The Rise

Occupancies are up modestly, but average daily rates are up about 10% from last Spring, according to Smith Travel Research and an article in The Florida Times-Union by Drew Dixon.  Spending in bars and restaurants in JAX Beach is up, too.
