Trader Joe’s Looking to Build a Very Large Warehouse in Daytona Beach

Trader Joe’s, the grocery chain with a cult following, is looking to build a huge warehouse in Daytona Beach, but is also seeking an $8M incentives package for the potential to hire 450 people.  We at Colliers know of two other SE US cities in the running for the same warehouse.  Roger Bull has the mention in The Florida Times-Union via the Daytona Beach News-Journal.
