St. Augustine Dry Boat Storage Facility With Big Plans

A shuttered boat manufacturing facility in St. Augustine with deep water access to the San Sebastian River has received planning approval for a dry boat storage facility and some 24k SF of additional marine-related retail space.  And the owner also has bigger plans for another 40 acres and how it could be used as well.  Stuart Korfhage of The Florida Times-Union has the story.
