Fortress Pays $53M ($55k/key) for Downtown Hyatt

Fortress, the behemoth fund manager in NY, paid $53M for the 963-room hotel, the largest hotel in NE FL.  Hyatt will continue to manage the hotel under its long-term contract.  Roger Bull of The Florida Times-Union has the announcement.
