Potential re-development plans for the Jacksonville Landing were recently unveiled, which include a boutique hotel, a residential tower, ground-floor restaurants and a courtyard for events. Costs for the project are unknown. Sleiman Enterprises did say that they will bring in additional developers to work on the project. One thing that is clear is the city is fully behind this project, with the hopes that it will help spur downtown revitalization.
