Mixed Use Coming to Regency Neighborhood

Apartments and retail are planned for about a 125-acre tract just inside I-295 at Tredinick Parkway just north and east of the suffering Regency Square Mall.  A Miami-based investment group, Indigo Jax LLC, paid $6.5M for the 125 acres ($52k/acre) and is planning a 378-unit apartment community along with about a 100-lot subdivision, with land and entitlements to do another 370 apartments and 45 acres of retail.   Roger Bull with The Florida Times-Union has the article.
